Hyderabad Youth Assembly Season XVI to bring together 80 college students

Hyderabad Youth Assembly Season XVI will bring together 80 college students on September 27 to discuss four United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The event will feature structured debates and deliberations on poverty, gender equality, climate action and quality education.

Hyderabad: Hyderabad Youth Assembly Season XVI, with 80 college students coming together to discuss the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, will be held at Hampshire Plaza Hotel, Lakdikapul, on September 27 from 8.30 am to 8.30 pm.

During Phase I of the Assembly, the members will engage in structured discussions and deliberations on four key United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs) – No Poverty, Gender Equality, Climate Action and Quality Education.

During each session, members will raise motions, engage in structured debates, and deliberate on sustainable development projects and initiatives. The discussions will focus on practical solutions and policies aimed at addressing pressing social, economic and environmental challenges, with the objective of creating a meaningful and lasting impact on the lives of communities.

Sabita Indra Reddy, former Education Minister, and Dr RS Praveen Kumar, retired IPS officer, will participate in the event being organised by Hyderabad Youth Assembly and Street Cause Hyderabad.
