Hyderabad Zoo revises entry timing for September 11

The Nehru Zoological Park has revised its entry timings for Friday due to the Forest Martyrs’ Day programme. Visitors will be allowed entry from 11.30 am, while the exit time remains 5 pm. Normal visiting hours resume from Saturday.

Hyderabad: The Nehru Zoological Park here on Wednesday revised the entry timing for Friday in view of Forest Martyrs Day, which will be observed in the zoo premises. The visitors to the zoo will be allowed after 11.30 am as against 8.30 am, while the exit time at 5 pm remains the same on Friday.

The zoo administration revised the visitors’ timing to facilitate smooth conduct of the programme, as well as to ensure the safety and convenience of officers attending the event. The zoo will operate as per the normal visiting timings – 8.30 am to 5 pm – from Saturday, said J Vasantha, Curator, Nehru Zoological Park.
