Hyderabad: Fighting all the challenges that came her way, Hyderabad’s Hema Yadav won the title of ‘Iron Lady’, at Mrs India Galaxy-2021, held in New Delhi in December.

The well-known YouTuber, who is a graduate from Kasturba Gandhi Degree College for Women, in Secunderabad, competed against 37 women who took part in the competition from various parts of the country.

Having lost her husband to Covid in April 2021, Hema challenged her self-worth and chose to cross societal barriers. From a girl-next-door to a housewife, and later a professional home baker on YouTube, Hema, who participated in the competition to promote women empowerment, shares, “If one is searching for a person who can change their lives, they should look in the mirror.”
