Hyderabad’s Saatvic Kumar Singh wins maiden Junior National golf title

Hyderabad golfer Saatvic Kumar Singh won his maiden Junior National title in the Under-15 boys’ category at the Jaypee Wish Town Course in Noida. The DPS Hyderabad student shot a four-day total of 4-under and also finished tied second in Under-18

Hyderabad: Hyderabad’s Saatvic Kumar Singh shot a four-day total of 4-under (70, 70, 71, 69) to win his first Junior National title in the Under-15 boys’ category and also finish tied second in the Under-18 category at the Jaypee Wish Town Course in Noida.

Saatvic, a former two-time South India No. 1 and double hat-trick winner, is a Class 10 student of DPS Hyderabad and displayed excellent golfing skills throughout the week.

Earlier this year, he had secured multiple second and third-place finishes.

“It feels great to win my first Junior National title,” said a delighted Saatvic.
