Hyderabad: Residents of Hydershakote Dream Home Colony extended Holi greetings to former Minister T Harish Rao, recalling his crucial support during the HYDRAA demolitions that had left many homeless. Around five months ago, distressed families had protested at Telangana Bhavan against the demolitions. Harish Rao had intervened, visited the colony, and halted the demolition drive, offering them much-needed relief.

“When we were in tears, Harish Rao stood by us with a humanitarian approach. We will never forget his help,” the residents said, condemning the Congress government’s actions. On the occasion, Harish Rao extended Holi greetings to people of Telangana. He assured the Hydershakote residents that the BRS party would always fight for people’s rights and keep Telangana Bhavan’s doors open for those in distress. Narsapur MLA V Sunitha Lakshma Reddy, BRS leader P Karthik Reddy and others were also present.
