Hyderabad: Hysea has launched a mentoring platform ‘Beyond Mentoring’ for women leaders in partnership with Beyond Pinks. This programme empowers women to choose the mentor and the length of mentoring relationship.

Beyond Mentoring is an online new-age mentoring programme designed to provide focused, immediate and topic-based mentoring to women of all ages & backgrounds. It is aimed to support and guide women in making informed and better choices and decisions in every phase of life.

A first cohort of 25 women leaders was launched, who will be mentored for six months by industry leaders.

Supriya Yarlagadda, CEO, Annapurna Studios, formally launched the programme. Speaking on the occasion, she said, “Women should not shy away from asking for help and also learn to say no without fearing being disliked.”

Bharani Aroll, president, Hysea, speaking at the launch event said, Hysea Leadership Development programme exclusively for women leaders has trained over 1,000 mid and senior level women IT professionals to take up leadership roles. The mentoring initiative, he said, will further Hyseas’ efforts to increase the number of women in leadership positions.

Speaking about the platform, Tanuja Abburi, founder & CEO of Beyond Pinks, said, it is an exclusive mentoring platform for women with over 50 aspects of mentoring, which offers one-on-one mentoring in the language of their choice, and these sessions are designed to be confidential in nature.

Beyond Mentoring platform has over 125 industry leaders as mentors and is growing exponentially, she added.
