IAF Band to perform at Secunderabad’s Bison Polo Ground on August 15
The No 3 Band of the Indian Air Force will perform at Secunderabad’s Bison Polo Ground on August 15 to mark India’s 80th Independence Day. Beginning at 5 pm, the public event will feature patriotic classics, martial music and national tunes.

Hyderabad: To commemorate the 80th Independence Day, the No 3 Band of Indian Air Force (IAF) is set to perform at Bison Polo Ground, Secunderabad, on August 15.
Renowned for its powerful symphonies and ceremonial excellence, the Air Force Band brings together precision, passion and patriotism through music. With every note, they narrate the story of India’s valorous past, dynamic present and aspirational future.
Commencing at 5 pm, the performance will be more than a concert. It will be a tribute to the spirit of freedom and a celebration of the enduring legacy of India’s Defence Forces, a press release said.
Through martial music, patriotic classics and iconic national tunes, the band promises to stir the hearts of every citizen present, reminding us all of what it means to be a patriotic Indian, it said.
The event, open to the public, will be attended by Indian Air Force officials, civil dignitaries and local residents.
