Hyderabad: The Ibrahimpatnam police have reportedly solved the case in which two realtors were shot dead, and arrested another realtor Matta Reddy along with other suspects on Thursday.
The others arrested included Moinuddin, Naveen and others, with police saying previous enmity over land deals and financial issues led to the killing. The gang had pre-planned and executed the attack.
Eight special teams were formed, which worked out on the call data records and technical evidence and checked footage from surveillance cameras in the surroundings and the main road leading to the murder spot.
It was on Tuesday that the two realtors, Srinivas Reddy and Raghavendra Reddy, were killed. Matta Reddy and others were detained and interrogated.
Rachakonda Police Commissioner Mahesh Bhagwat is expected to announce the arrest and give more details at a press meet later in the day.
