ICC confirms fixtures for Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifier 2026
The ICC has announced the full schedule for the Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifier 2026, to be held in Nepal from January 18 to February 1, with 10 teams competing for four World Cup spots.

Hyderabad: The complete fixtures of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifier 2026, including the Super Six stage, have been confirmed, according to an ICC media release on Wednesday.
The 10 teams participating in the tournament in Nepal from 18 January to 1 February will vie for four qualification spots in the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 to be held in England and Wales in June-July.
Warm-up games will take place on 14 January and 16 January at three locations – Tribhuvan University Cricket Ground, Upper Mulpani Cricket Ground and Lower Mulpani Cricket Ground.
Tribhuvan University Cricket Ground and Upper Mulpani Cricket Ground will then exclusively host competitive matches once the group stage gets underway from 18 January.
Nepal take on Thailand while Bangladesh face USA in the morning’s games (9am local) before the afternoon (1pm local) sees Zimbabwe go up against the Netherlands and Ireland do battle with Papua New Guinea.
Scotland and Namibia play their first matches on 20 January, with four games taking place every other day through the group stage, which concludes on 26 January. The top three teams from Group A and Group B go through to the Super Six.
Those matches, from which the four qualifying nations will be decided, take place on 28 January, 30 January and 1 February.
