IGNOU term-end exams scheduled from December 1 to January 14

IGNOU will conduct term-end exams from December 1 to January 14. Students can download hall tickets from ignou.ac.in, but centres will allow entry if names appear in attendance sheets. Photo ID is mandatory; mobile phones and gadgets are banned

Hyderabad: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) will hold term-end examinations for various academic programmes from December 1 to January 14.

Hall tickets for the examinations have been made available on the website www.ignou.ac.in and the same can be downloaded by students who registered for the exams.

The centres have been instructed to allow students to appear for exams even if they do not possess a hall ticket, provided their name exists in attendance sheets, said Dr Raju Bolla, director IGNOU Regional Centre Hyderabad.

Students must carry a valid photo identity card issued by the university or government for the examination, he said, adding that mobile phones and other electronic gadgets are not permitted inside the exam halls.
