IICT, SRM-AP sign pact to strengthen research activities

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad-based Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (CSIR-IICT), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SRM University-AP on Thursday to strengthen and synergize their research activities, according to a press release.
The MoU will benefit the faculty and research scholars of SRM-AP as they will have access to various state-of-the-art facilities at IICT. Other mutual benefits include exchange of expertise of faculty members and scholars, joint research collaboration and research supervision, conferences and submission of joint proposals for funding. It will also focus on skill development, certification courses and training programmes. The MoU will promote exchange of academic publications and scholarly information, along with other academic activities.
Dr Srivari Chandrasekhar, Director, CSIR-IICT and Prof D Narayana Rao, Pro Vice Chancellor SRM University, AP exchanged MOU and expressed that the both the organisations looking forward to an excellent academic collaboration.
