The Indian Institute of Hotel Management and Culinary Arts College (Hyderabad) won the fifth Regency Premier League cricket championship, defeating Westin College by five wickets. Sai Charan scored 25 runs, and the winners received Rs 25,000 as prize money

Hyderabad: Indian Institute of Hotel Management and Culinary Arts College (Hyderabad) won the fifth Regency Premier League cricket championship for Hotel Management Colleges, defeating Westin College by five wickets in the 15-over final.
Batting first, Westin scored 70, and in reply, IIHMCAC achieved the target in 11.2 overs, with Sai Charan (25) being the top scorer.
The winners received a prize money of Rs 25,000.
P Ramesh Kumar Reddy, Principal of Regency College, gave away the prizes.
The scores: Westin 70 lost to IIHMCAC 71/5 in 11.2 overs.
