IIMC, IPE host one-day student development programme on project work guidance
Over 800 students from 50 colleges in the twin cities participated in the programme and expressed their gratitude for the valuable insights gained

Hyderabad: The Indian Institute of Management and Commerce (IIMC) College, in association with the Institute of Public Enterprises (IPE), organised a one-day student development programme (SDP) on ‘Project Work Guidance’ on Tuesday at IIMC College, Lakdikapul.
The programme was inaugurated by the chief guest, Prof. Naresh Reddy, Registrar of Osmania University. He emphasised the importance of developing skills in students to meet the requirements of the organisations. He also praised IIMC and IPE for their efforts in organising such programmes.
The director of IPE, Dr. Srinivas Murthy, spoke about the importance of research and development in students. He highlighted the significance of project work in developing research skills.
The programme featured a series of lectures by experts from the Osmania University and IPE on topics such as research methodology, data collection, data analysis, and report writing.
Over 800 students from 50 colleges in the twin cities participated in the programme and expressed their gratitude for the valuable insights gained.
The programme concluded with the distribution of free kits, pocket guides on project work, and certificates of participation to the students.
The event was attended by IIMC principal K Raghu Veer, vice-principals Dr. Tirumalarao and Dr. Santoshi, faculty members, non-teaching staff, student council members, and student leaders.
