IIT Roorkee releases GATE Admit Card 2025

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee has released the GATE 2025 admit cards. Candidates can download the admit cards from gate2025.iitr.ac.in.
Exam dates
The examination is scheduled on February 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025. It will be held in two shifts and the duration will be three hours — morning (9:30 AM to 12:30 PM) and afternoon (2:30 PM to 5:30 PM).
Candidates must carry the admit card and proof of original, valid photo identity.
How to download Admit Card
- Visit the official website at gate2025.iitr.ac.in.
- Click on the link labeled ‘Download GATE 2025 Admit Card.’
- Enter login details using your registered credentials, including your enrollment ID and password.
- Check and download the admit card.
Instructions
Verify all details on their admit card, including name, photograph, signature, and exam centre information. In case of discrepancies, contact the GATE organising committee immediately.
Format
GATE 2025 will consist of 30 papers. Candidates can choose up to two papers. Questions will be divided into three types: multiple choice questions (MCQs), multiple select questions (MSQs) and numerical answer type (NAT) questions. Candidates will be evaluated on Recall, Comprehension, Application, Analysis, and Synthesis.
GATE scores will be valid for three years from the result announcement date.
