Yadagirigutta: Former Minister V. Srinivas Goud on Wednesday demanded the government to implement reservations for the BCs in the local bodies based on population before proceeding with the gram panchayat polls.

He visited the Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple in Yadagirigutta along with his family. Later speaking to the media persons, he emphasized that local elections should be held only after implementing 42% reservations. He stressed the need to implement the promises made by the government on Rythu Bharosa.
