Implement reservations for BCs before GP polls: Srinivas Goud
Former Minister V. Srinivas Goud emphasized that local elections should be held only after implementing 42% reservations.

Yadagirigutta: Former Minister V. Srinivas Goud on Wednesday demanded the government to implement reservations for the BCs in the local bodies based on population before proceeding with the gram panchayat polls.
He visited the Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple in Yadagirigutta along with his family. Later speaking to the media persons, he emphasized that local elections should be held only after implementing 42% reservations. He stressed the need to implement the promises made by the government on Rythu Bharosa.
He said the government should obtain a comprehensive report from the Collector concerned on the implementation status, ensuring 100% completion.
Goud stated that the government should take responsibility for addressing all legal complications to ensure smooth conduct of the gram panchayat polls.
