Incuspaze picks Hyderabad as South India hub; eyes Rs 1,000 cr revenue

Hyderabad: Incuspaze, India’s leading workspace solution provider has raised Rs 150 crore in a funding round led by Bharat Value Fund and other financial institutions.
The capital will be used to strengthen its presence in key commercial markets, accelerate technology investments and pursue acquisitions as the company prepares for a planned public listing in FY29.
Incuspaze has acquired iKeva and strengthened leadership across South India, accelerating enterprise, GCC and managed workspace growth strategy and announced Hyderabad as its strategic hub for South India.
The acquisition enhances Incuspaze’s portfolio with 18 centres and over 5 lakh sq. ft. of workspace across Hyderabad and Bengaluru. In Hyderabad, Incuspaze currently manages a portfolio of over 5 lakh sq. ft. and plans to add another 5 lakh sq. ft. by the end of FY27.
Driven by a combination of organic expansion, increased enterprise occupancy, and strategic acquisitions, it is contributing towards Incuspaze’s target of Rs 1000 crore revenue for FY28–29.
