India is the country which is third in the economy and fifth in armed power and which has successfully made “Covaxin”.
India is the land of many different cultures, the land of spices and a country that believes in “Unity in diversity.” It has many beautiful monuments and the architecture used is mostly Mughal architecture or Rajput architecture which are both unique in their way.
The famous monuments are the Taj Mahal built by Mughal ruler Shah Jahan, Maheshwar fort by Devi Ahilya, Vijaya Sthamba by Mewar king Rana Kumbha, Iron pillar also known as “rustless wonder of the world” by The Gupta’s are few to name.
India has proved that women are equal to men in all the fields in the olden age itself by the contribution and bravery of people like Rani Laxmi Bai, Ahilya Devi, Tarabai, Rani Gurgavati, Kiran Bedi, Hima Das, Captain Shalini Singh, Avani Chaturvedi, Bhavana Kanth and Mohana.
It is the holy place where sages like Veda Vyas, Sage Rishi Kannada who already knew about the water cycle, Aryabhatta who invented “zero” and knew astrology, sage Shushruta who was known as “ father of surgeries and wrote a book in detail about every surgery which is Sushruta samhita.
India is a land where great poets such as Sarojini Naidu who wrote books such as the Golden Threshold, the streets of Hyderabad, Rabindra Nath Tagore who wrote the National Anthem of India, Sudha Murthy who inspires children with her notable works. The right place for entertainment from musicians such as Tyagaraja, Muttuswamy deekshitar and Shyama Shastry is also three jewels of Carnatic music and Sudha Chandra, Uday Shankar are some of the great dancers.

A government which is doing great for the welfare of their people with leaders such as Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao. APJ Abdul Kalam is known as ‘a man with zero haters.’ Indians are proud to be a citizen of this great country, India!
