Independence Day: Fit India Freedom Run held in Hyderabad
A pledge for Fit India was administered to participants and after the National Anthem, hundreds of students joined the run which started at Charminar and culminated at Madina.

Hyderabad: Nehru Yuva Kendra, Hyderabad under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, organised Fit India Freedom Run 2.0 on Saturday at Charminar as a part of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav-India@75 celebrations.
Hyderabad District Collector, L.Sharman who flagged off the run said the objective of the campaign was to make citizens, on the occasion of Independence Day, resolve to include physical activity of at least 30 minutes in their daily lives for good health.
A pledge for Fit India was administered to participants and after the National Anthem, hundreds of students joined the run which started at Charminar and culminated at Madina. More than 100 participants from NYK affiliated youth clubs participated in the run with great enthusiasm.
Chief Planning Officer N.Surendra, State Director of NYKS Telangana, Anshuman Prasad Das, District Youth Officer Khusbu Gupta, National Youth awardees K.Bhagwaan Das, P.Mahesh, O.Vamshi Krishna and others participated in the run.
