India shines with record 27 medals at Asian Para-Badminton Championship

India secured its best-ever performance at the Asian Para-Badminton Championship 2025 in Thailand, winning a total of 27 medals including 4 golds, 10 silvers, and 13 bronze

Hyderabad: Team India won 27 medals at the Asian Para-Badminton Championship 2025 in Thailand, marking its best-ever performance at the event. The medal haul included four gold, 10 silver, and 13 bronze.

The list of medallists:


Gold: Nitesh Kumar (MS SL3), Nitesh Kumar & Tulshimathi Murgesan (XD SL3-SU5), Mnisha Ramadas (WS SU5), and Nitesh Kumar & Sukant Kadam (MD SL3-SL4).

Silver: Krishna Nagar & Nithya (XD SH6), Mandeep Kaur (WS SL3), Palak Kohli (WS SL4), Ruthick Raghupati & Mansi Joshi (XD SL3-SU5), Nithya Sre (WS SH6), Nithya Sre & Rachna Patel (WD SH6), Suryakant Yadav (MS SL4), Jagdish Dilli & Naveen Shivakumar (MD SL3-SL4), Ruthick Raghupati & Hardik Makkar (MD SU5), Manshi Joshi & Tulshimathi Murgesan (WD SL3-SU5).

Bronze: Manshi Joshi (WS SL3), Naveen Shivakumar (MS SL4), Abhijeet Sakhuja & Arbaz Ansari (MD SL3-SL4), Umesh Vikaram Kumar (MS SL3), Prem Ale & Abu Hubaida (MD WH1-WH2), Alphia James & Pallavi Kaluvehalli (WD WH1-WH2), Tulshimathi Murgesan (WS SU5), Krishna Nagar (MS SH6), Krishna Nagar & D Pandurangan (MD SH6), Chirag Baretha & Mandeep Kaur (XD SL3-SU5), Chirag Baretha & Rajkumar (MD SU5), Alphia James (WS WH2), and Manisha & Mandeep (WD SL3-SU5).
