Indian School of Business class of 2022 receives 2066 offers

Hyderabad: The Indian School of Business has announced that its students have received the highest number of offers made on campus so far at 2,066 offers even as the average CTC also grew to an all-time high of Rs 34.07 lakh, which is a growth of 20.78 per cent as compared to the last year.

It also informed that an average of 2.32 offers per student was made by companies and in the last five years the average salaries has grown from 25.06 lakh in 2018 to Rs 34.07 lakh in 2022.


The B-school, which has campuses in Hyderabad and Mohali, also announced that the differential salary between pre-ISB and post-ISB stood at 173.67 per cent, which reflects the high-quality career choices facilitated by the ISB in terms of opportunities and responsibilities.
A release from ISB also informed that the top industries in terms of offers were from Consulting, IT/ITES/Technology, BFSI, FMCG/Retail and Pharma/Healthcare.

Women students:

“ISB has 39 per cent of women students in the class, which is among the highest in leading business schools in this part of the world and 41 per cent of offers were made to women students. The Class of 2022 of 929 students is the highest-class size for any MBA or equivalent programme in India and is among the world’s top 10 class sizes,” the release said.

In the last five years since 2018, the percentage of offers made to women students has increased from 31.60 per cent to 42.18 per cent in 2021 and in 2022 it fell by one percentage point to 41.21 per cent.
