Nizamabad: An Indian Army jawan hailing from Nizamabad district succumbed to his injuries he received in a road accident, on Friday.
The jawan Degavat Mothilal (25) of Megyanaik Tanda of Indalwai mandal, had come home on leave after his transfer from Uttarakhand to Punjab and was injured in a road accident on NH-44 at Daggi village of Sadasiva Nagar mandal on December 28. He was admitted to the Army Hospital in Secunderabad since then and had succumbed to his injuries, according to his reports reaching her.
