Indian team named for World U-17 Snooker Championship

Five Indian players, including national champion Aarav Sancheti, will represent India at the IBSF World U-17 Snooker Championship in Bahrain. Veteran cueist Ashok Shandilya will coach the team

Hyderabad: Five Indian cueists, including sub-junior national champion Aarav Sancheti from Maharashtra, will represent the country at the IBSF World Under-17 Snooker Championships, which begins in Manama, Bahrain, on Tuesday.

The Indian squad also includes Bhavya Pipaliya (Gujarat), Jayad Aarav (Karnataka), Rahul Williams (Tamil Nadu), and Vaibhav Chadha (Telangana). Veteran cueist and coach Ashok Shandilya will accompany the team as coach.
