Hyderabad: One of India’s most loved homegrown hero and favorite of children, ‘Chhota Bheem’, is stepping out of the screen into the real world with the launch of the country’s first-ever Chhota Bheem themed café in Hyderabad.

The first-of-its-kind initiative is collaboration between Green Gold Animation, the creator of Chhota Bheem, and EBG Group, a diversified business conglomerate. The café will debut in Hitec City by December 2025.

Designed as a child-centric, family-friendly destination, the café is expected to bring the ‘Chhota Bheem’ universe to life through themed interiors, storytelling corners, play zones, licenced merchandise, and a kid-friendly menu. It aims to blend dining with immersive entertainment, creating a space where families can eat, play, and bond together.

With an investment of around Rs 200 crore planned over the next few years, the venture will expand across India, targeting 300 cafés nationwide, beginning with 50 outlets in 2026.

“Chhota Bheem has become a part of millions of childhoods. This café is our way of transforming that emotional bond into a joyful, real-world experience where families can make lasting memories,” said Rajiv Chilaka, Founder and CEO of Green Gold Animation. Dr. Irfan Khan, Founder and CEO of EBG Group, said the Chhota Bheem Café is not just about food, but it is about family, fun, and shared happiness.
