Hyderabad: The Center for Indic Films (CIF), an initiative of Hyderabad-based INDICA, has, in its seventh year, unveiled a dual-festival format that significantly expands its reach and impact.
Submissions of feature films, documentaries, and short films for the upcoming editions of INDICA Dallas Film Utsav and INDICA Heritage Film Utsav are being accepted.
Over the past six years, the Indic Film Utsav has established itself as a platform for meaningful, culturally rooted Indic storytelling, screening more than 350 films from across the world. The festival successfully evolved through four years as a pioneering OTT film festival and two years as a theatrical, in-person event in Dallas, USA.
The initiative now has two distinct festivals: INDICA Dallas Film Utsav – A three-day in-person theatrical festival held annually in Dallas, Texas. The upcoming edition will take place from November 13–15, 2026, at Galaxy Theatres, Dallas.
INDICA Heritage Film Utsav (Online) – A global online film festival dedicated to civilisational, cultural, and heritage-driven cinema. Designed as a 24/7 anytime-anywhere festival experience, the next edition will be held from March 11–14, 2027.
