Hyderabad: BRS working president KT Rama Rao had an unexpected and heartwarming moment aboard an IndiGo flight from Delhi to Hyderabad on Monday night. After a hectic day in Delhi, he was returning home to Hyderabad when he was handed a handwritten note from the flight’s pilot, Captain Dheeraj Saripalli, a native of Visakhapatnam, who was thrilled to fly the senior leader.
In the letter, Captain Dheeraj expressed deep admiration for Rama Rao, calling him “one of the finest leaders” he had encountered.
“It is an honour to meet you in person again. Flying you today is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and a real special one for me,” the note read. The pilot also wished for a chance to shake hands and have a brief conversation with the BRS leader.
