Hyderabad: Infosys Foundation, in partnership with Hyderabad-based NGO Nirmaan Organization, successfully conducted the first-ever Nirmaan HR Conclave 2025 on Impact Hiring here in the city.

The conclave brought together 150 participants, including 90 HR professionals from over 80 companies, along with industry leaders and corporate social responsibility (CSR) representatives from various organisations, a press release said.


Mayur Patnala, founder and Global CEO of Nirmaan Organization, Shrikant Sinha, CEO of the Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge (TASK), and others participated. The conclave also featured inspiring testimonials from youth from underserved communities who, after undergoing skill development training through Nirmaan, have successfully secured employment in various companies.

This conclave marks the beginning of a series of HR conclaves that Nirmaan plans to host in major cities across India.
