Innoviti launches marketing app for mobile dealers in Telangana
Bengaluru-based Innoviti Payment Solutions has launched an app called GENIE. The app aims to bring online customers back to brick and mortar mobile stores.
Hyderabad: With an aim to provide a smart marketing app for offline mobile dealers in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, Bengaluru-based Innoviti Payment Solutions has launched an app called GENIE. With the online mobile phone market growing especially during the pandemic, the app aims to bring online customers back to brick and mortar mobile stores.
Business of local mobile and accessories stores have been impacted due to the pandemic and the need of the hour is an affordable payment plan for consumers to buy new or even second-hand mobiles. With the GENIE app, Innoviti plans to provide major benefits to mobile dealers like margin of 0.5 to 1 per cent on every sale of branded mobile phone, an EMI wallet that they can use to provide zero cost EMI on any product to the customers and provide instant discount coupons on 110-plus bank credit/debit cards.
“All these benefits will help the dealers attract more walk-ins leading to more conversions and profits, while on the other hand it will help consumers get access to affordable EMI plans. We have already launched GENIE in Bengaluru and Mysore and about 1,800 stores are already using the platform nd are witnessing an increase of 23 per cent in their average monthly sales,” said Rajeev Agrawal, founder and CEO, Innoviti.
In Telangana and AP, the company has already listed 18,000 mobile dealers who could be potential users of this app. Overall, by September the company plans to on-board one lakh mobile dealers through its pan-India expansion and is targeting to on-board two lakh dealers by the end of the year.
“About 12 per cent of top mainline mobile retailers from Telangana and AP have already pre-registered for GENIE terminals and we expect to gain a leading market share in these markets by September 2021,” Amrita Malik, CBO, Innoviti.
