Hyderabad: Three member inter-State robbery gang involved in property offence was arrested by the Trimulgherry police on Saturday.
The arrested persons were identified as Laxman Narayan Mudhan (48), Ashok Babu Kunchikorve (42) and Akeel Hafeez Khan (37), all natives Maharashtra.
According to the police, the trio attempted to rob the Muthoot Mini Financers branch located at Trimulgherry on November 29. They entered into the branch and threatened the employees with a knife demanding them to handover gold and cash. When the staff raised an alarm they fled away from the spot, said the police. A case was registered and the police after investigation identified the trio and arrested them.
