According to police, Nasar Vali, son of Sheik Munna and Nasar Bee, came out of his residence on Tuesday night to answer calls of nature.

When he did not return home even on Wednesday, the parents complained to police.

On Wednesday night, SMS messages were received by Nasar Vali’s friend from the former’s mobile phone, demanding Rs. 5 lakh ransom.

Police are investigating.
