Interstate drug racket busted in Hyderabad; three arrested, including juvenile
Hyderabad Task Force and Abid Road police busted an interstate drug racket and arrested three persons, including a juvenile, in Nampally. Police seized 23 kg of marijuana worth ₹12 lakh. The accused allegedly transported drugs from Andhra Pradesh to Maharashtra.

Hyderabad: The Task Force (Charminar Zone) and Abid Road police busted an interstate drug peddling racket and arrested three persons, including two women, in Nampally on Friday.
The arrested trio is Amit Achutrao Kale, Seema Nitin Potbhare, Arthi Maruthi Khandare (27), and a juvenile.
Police said the suspects, all natives of Parbhani in Maharashtra, were transporting the contraband from the Araku region of Andhra Pradesh to supply customers in Maharashtra.
Following a tip-off, the police caught them after they arrived in Hyderabad by train and were waiting to board a private bus.
Police seized 23 kg of marijuana, cash, and mobile phones, altogether worth Rs at around Rs 12 lakh.
The case is under investigation, and efforts are on to trace the alleged supplier, Govind, and the intended receivers, Aftab Afzal Khan, Meera Bhai, and Amrapali.
