ISB new dean Madan Pillutla meets KTR

Discuss how ISB and Telangana government can explore opportunities and partnerships in the areas of entrepreneurship, technology and other related areas

Hyderabad: Professor Madan Pillutla, the newly appointed dean of the Indian School of Business (ISB) today met with K T Rama Rao, Minister for IT, Industries, MA & UD, Government of Telangana.

Professor Pillutla and the minister discussed how ISB and the Government of Telangana can explore opportunities and partnerships in the areas of entrepreneurship, technology and other related areas. Pillutla underlined that ISB is looking forward to working more closely with the Government of Telangana in its activities and initiatives.

He formally took over as the sixth dean of ISB on July 1 from professor Rajendra Srivastava on the successful completion of his term. He is a globally acclaimed management thought leader on organisational behaviour and has many research papers and publications to his credit.

He has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from BITS, Pilani, post graduate degrees from XLRI, Jamshedpur and the University of Illinois and a PhD from the University of British Columbia.
