Adilabad: Tudum Debba district president Godam Ganesh welcomed the repeal of three contentious farm laws by the Central government and said it was a victory for farmers.
Speaking to newsmen on Friday, Ganesh said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was forced to repeal the three laws following the nationwide protests by farmers for the past 15 months. “It’s a triumph of the agrarian community,” he termed. He demanded the State government to protect the rights of tribals and Dalits by drawing inspiration from the Centre.
Vice president of the organisation Shyamrao, secretary Sonerao, town president Manoj Bharath, student union leader Rahul, Bhaskar, Varun, Ashok, Dinesh and many others were present.
