Suryapet: Coming down heavily on the Congress leaders of Nalgonda for what he called unleashing a reign of terror in Nalgonda, BRS leader and former Minister G Jagadish Reddy demanded that officials work according to the law and warned them of serious consequences if they continue to follow Minister, Venkat Reddy’s directives.

He claimed that BRS leader and former Minister Kancharla Bhupal Reddy was arrested illegally. He called for his unconditional release, along with other party members.

Reddy warned that if the police continue their oppressive rule, there will reap the consequences.

He blamed leaders like Komatreddy Venkat Reddy for fomenting trouble in Telangana and accused him of inciting party workers against them.

He questioned the presence of Congress leaders in the municipality and stated that petty attacks would not deter them.

He claimed that the true nature of Congress party is being revealed, and the movement for a Congress-free Telangana will start from Nalgonda.

Reddy emphasised that if Congress does not change its ways, it will have to pay the price. He highlighted the public’s response to Congress’s deceit in village meetings, where they have been exposed for selecting beneficiaries based on favoritism and ignoring deserving individuals.
