Hyderabad: TPCC Working president and Sanga Reddy MLA T Jagga Reddy found fault with AP Ministers and MLAs abusing TDP Chief N Chandrababu Naidu and observed that this trend was not appropriate in politics.
Ups and downs were common in politics. But politicians should desist from making personal verbal attacks, especially while addressing the media, he said here on Saturday.
Many politicians condemned the AP leaders personally abusing the TDP chief and extended their support to him. Conspiracies were bound to be in politics but leaders should not stoop down to personal abuse, he said.
“This trend was setting a bad example to the next generation politicians and sending a wrong message to the society. Chandrababu Naidu is a senior leader and politicians should respect him,” said Jagga Reddy.
He appealed to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy to intervene and guide YSRCP leaders not to indulge in personal abuse. The Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister should douse the political flames and promote healthy politics in the State, appealed Jagga Reddy.
