Jagtial: A headmaster of a private school was arrested on Friday on charges of sexually assaulting an LKG student at a village in Dharmapuri mandal.

Police said the headmaster, Challa Srinivas, was apprehended after a case was registered against him under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012. The victim’s mother lodged a complaint with the police. An investigation has been taken up.
