Jagtial: Prominent educationist of erstwhile Karimnagar district M Naveen Reddy passed away at a private hospital in Hyderabad on Wednesday. He was 43 and was being treated for Covid.
His cremation took place at the Hindu Smashana Vatika in Ramnagar in Karimnagar which was attended by the students, relatives and people from different segments of life.

Naveen Reddy was a well-known name among academicians and literary circles of Jagtial and Karimnagar. He was known for having contributed to the promotion of higher education especially girls by opening numerous educational institutions from schools to PG colleges under NSV Group of Institutions that served thousands of students in Jagtial. He is survived by wife, a son, a daughter and thousands of students and admirers.


Prominent persons including political leaders paid tributes to the departed soul and expressed shock over his sudden demise.
