Jagtial: Schoolgirls made to dance to song praising CM Revanth Reddy, shocking parents, attendees
As part of the launch of the common diet programme on Saturday, cultural events were organized at the gurukuls, with local MLA Dr. Sanjay Kumar attending as the chief guest. However, during the cultural performances, four girl students were made to dance to the song “Anna Revanthu,” leaving parents and attendees shocked by the choice of song for the occasion.

Jagtial: The over enthusiasm of the staff at the BC Welfare Residential School for Women, Laxmipur in Jagtial rural to please Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy came to the fore on Saturday, when they made students of the school dance to a song in praise of Revanth Reddy.
As part of the launch of the common diet programme on Saturday, cultural programmes were organized in the gurukuls. Local MLA Dr Sanjay Kumar attended the programme as chief guest. However, as part of cultural programmes, four girl students were made to dance to the song “Anna Revanthu”. Parents and others, who attended the programme, were shocked after seeing the students performing a dance to that song.
Responding to the issue, local BRS leaders found fault with the school authorities for making the students dance to the CM’s song. “How could the students dance to a song praising the CM in a government institution?” they asked, alleging that the school staff had made the students dance to the song to show their political bias.
