Jagtial: Police registered a case against seven persons for dancing in the streets with swords in Allipur of Raikal mandal late on Tuesday evening.

This incident took place in the presence of Nizamabad MP Dharmapuri Aravind, who visited the village to inaugurate the statue of Chatrapathi Shivaji.

After receiving the MP at the entry point of the village, local BJP activists took a rally up to the statue, and danced to the tunes of DJ songs brandishing swords.

Some people took visuals of the youngsters dancing with swords on their mobile phones and uploaded it on social media. When the visuals went viral on various social media platforms, police registered a suo moto case against the seven persons and began investigation into the matter.
