Hyderabad: Officials of Jalpally municipality along with local irrigation authorities visited the Osmannagar tank in Shaheennagar in view of the heavy rains.

The officials of line departments inspected the areas around the tank following heavy inflows in view of continuous rains in the city in last couple of days. A few dozen houses remain submerged since last year in the Osmannagar after the tank got filled up to its FTL level.

On Tuesday, the officials interacted with the residents staying in the low lying areas around the tank and asked them to stay on alert in view of rains.
