The power-filled glimpses of the late Kannada actor are amazing in the most anticipated film of 2022. And, what a thunderous entry by the Puneeth! What a spectacular royal walk it is! It is heart-breaks and emotions as we see Puneeth Rajkumar’s presence on the screen in the different frames and his breath-taking action sequences. And, as we hear his elder brother Shivarajkumar, who has lent his voice for Appu, it is all goosebumps and ‘eyes filled with tears’ moment for star’s fans and admirers.
This power-packed “James” teaser will rule our hearts for long, and we say ‘legends never die’. It is exciting and overwhelming to watch the man who is fondly called Appu, for one last time in the special grand teaser that has exceeded our expectations.
The late actor’s elder brothers Shiva Rajkumar and Raghavendra Rajkumar have cameos in “James”, a wish of fans to see the trio together on the silver screen, fulfilled by writer-director Chethan Kumar.
According to the details shared, the story revolves around a character named James aka Santhosh Kumar who works as a manager in “J – WINGS”, a security company. The happy-go-lucky man, suddenly enters into a dark market, where he meets power brokers and businessmen who are active in crime syndicate. It is a commercial entertainer with drama, emotions, patriotism with lots of high-octane action sequences.
Priya Anand plays the female lead. The action entertainer also has Srikanth, Anu Prabhakar, Tilak Shekar, R Sarathkumar, and Mukesh Rishi in pivotal roles. Earlier, stunt director Ravi Varma, who has composed the stunts for this movie, had revealed that Puneeth had performed all the stunts on his own.
Puneeth Rajkumar had completed the entire shooting. However, he couldn’t dub for the movie. The late actor’s last film his fans have been eagerly waiting for to witness him on the silver screen, will hit theatres on the Powerstar’s birthday, March 17, 2022. As a mark of respect for the actor, theatres in Karnataka will feature only “James” throughout the actor’s birthday week, i.e., from March 17 to March 23. “James” will be released across the country in Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu and Malayalam languages.
Puneeth Rajkumar passed away on October 29, 2021, after suffering a cardiac arrest. As per reports, he was taken to a hospital in Bengaluru after complaining of chest pain while exercising at the gym. The superstar’s death was a shock to his family members, friends, celebrities and fans across the country. His sudden demise shook the entire South film industry.
