Los Angeles: Actor Jason Momoa is the latest addition to the cast of “Copperhead”. The film is directed by John Swab and produced by Black Label Media alongside Miles Teller’s production company Lime Tree Productions and Swab, according to the entertainment news outlet Deadline.
The film also features actors Tenoch Huerta, Adria Arjona and Kiefer Sutherland, alongside the actor.
It revolves around an undercover drug deal which explodes into violence, and a veteran detective is forced to team with a federal agent to unravel the conspiracy within their elite task force, reads the official logline.
There is no information about Momoa’s character in the film.
Momoa has recently starred alongside Dave Bautista in the Amazon MGM action comedy “The Wrecking Crew”. He will next feature in “Street Fighter”, which is based on the game series, “Dune: Part Three”, where he reprises his role as Duncan and “A Minecraft Movie Squared”, among others.
