JBIET and Bhaskar Engineering College celebrate Placement Day 2026
JB Institute of Engineering and Technology and Bhaskar Engineering College celebrated Placement Day 2026 in Hyderabad, highlighting strong placement performance. More than 740 students secured jobs, with over 900 offers made by around 40 companies, including Amazon, Infosys and Cognizant
Hyderabad: JB Institute of Engineering and Technology and Bhaskar Engineering College, Moinabad, celebrated Placement Day 2026 at the MNR Open Air Auditorium, JBIET Campus, Hyderabad, recognising the outstanding placement achievements of the graduating batch.
Richard King Chatragadda and Yogesh Goutam attended the event, which was also attended by representatives from leading companies including Broadridge, Virtusa, Bosch Global Software Technologies, and Cognizant Technology Solutions.
Speaking on the occasion, J V Krishna Rao stated that more than 740 students secured placements this year and highlighted that JBIET achieved over 3,750 placements between 2022 and 2026. The colleges recorded more than 900 placement offers with a 95 per cent placement rate, while another 5 per cent of students opted for higher studies, resulting in an overall success rate of 100 per cent.
Around 40 companies participated in the placement drive and the highest package offered was Rs 15 lakh per annum by Rocketgenie, while the average package stood at Rs 5 lakh per annum. Major recruiters included Amazon, Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys, Foxconn, Kia India, HCL Technologies, and Cognizant.
