Jismat Jail Mandi opens second branch in Dilsukhnagar

Jismat Jail Mandi, formerly known as Gismat, has opened its second branch in Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad. The expansion comes shortly after the Ministry of Corporate Affairs granted incorporation status to Gismat Restaurants Pvt. Ltd., marking its transition into a Private Limited Company.

Hyderabad: Jismat Jail Mandi, formerly known as Gismat, announced the opening of its second branch at Dilsukhnagar on Friday. This comes just days after the Ministry of Corporate Affairs officially issued the Certificate of Incorporation for Gismat Restaurants Private Limited, formally transitioning the business from a proprietorship into a fully recognised Private Limited Company.

The rebranding to Jismat carried a personal meaning for Tollywood actor Dharma Mahesh. The new identity is inspired by his two-year-old son, Jhagadwaja, whose name represents the “J” that defines the brand’s refreshed identity and emotional foundation.

This Dilsukhnagar launch follows closely after the successful opening of the first Jismat Jail Mandi branch in Ameerpet in November 2025. “The legacy of Jismat is Jagadwaja, and the journey continues,” Dharma Mahesh, MD of Gismat Restaurants Pvt. Ltd said.
