Hyderabad: Jogulamba Lions scored a 35-21 win against Bhadradri Braves in the final of the Yuva Telangana Kabaddi Championship for men here on Wednesday.

The winners led 16-12 at half-time.

Raider Raju and defender A. Naveen put up a fine show for the Lions, while Hanmanthu stood out for the Braves.

G. Raju and A. Naveen were adjudged the best raider and best defender of the tournament respectively, while Laxman was named best all-rounder.

Rahul Hegde (DCP, Hyderabad Traffic Police) and Telangana Kabaddi Association president Kasani Veeresh Mudiraj were among the dignitaries who presented the prizes.

The winners received Rs 1 lakh, the runners-up Rs 75,000, and third-placed Yadadri Yoddhas took home ₹50,000.
