Hyderabad: Students from all across Hyderabad took part in the vibrant annual celebration, Josephiesta 2025, which took place at St. Joseph’s Degree and PG College here on Friday. This year’s event was a blend of cultural performances and academic competitions, fostering a spirit of unity and creativity among the participants.
Delivering the presidential address, Principal Anthony Sagayaraja said the event was a platform to showcase the hidden talents of the youngsters.
“Failures should never stop the student from reaching the destination. A continuous effort by not focusing on the failures should be the norm for the youngsters,” he underscored, adding failures would rather help an individual to learn.
During the event, students showcased their talents through a mesmerising group dance, while the college choir provided a moving musical performance that resonated with the audience.
Adding to the festive atmosphere were stalls offering a variety of food, handmade accessories, and products from local small businesses. Events such as dance competitions and an open mic session allowing students to showcase their diverse talents, were also organised.
