Justice delivered, claims turncoat Patancheru MLA
Patancheru MLA Gudem Mahipal Reddy has welcomed the Telangana Assembly Speaker Gaddam Prasad’s decision to dismiss the disqualification petition filed against him by the BRS. He asserted that he remains a member of the BRS and clarified that his act of welcoming the Chief Minister with a tricolour scarf was a traditional practice, not a political statement.

Talking to the media at his camp office on Wednesday, Mahipal Reddy claimed that he is still in the BRS. Welcoming people with a tricolour scarf was a tradition in India, he said, adding that even Prime Ministers and Chief Ministers have been welcomed with a tricolour scarf whenever they visited temples. This was what happened when he visited the Chief Minister, he claimed, adding that justice has been delivered in his favour.
