Hyderabad: V Jyothi Surekha won a bronze medal in the women’s individual compound event at the Taipei Archery Open 2025 (Indoor World Series 250), defeating Korea’s So Chaewon 149-143 in the bronze-medal match.

For the record, the 29-year-old Vijayawada-based Surekha has won 26 medals in World Cup events, including 11 gold and seven silver, seven Asian Championship gold, three Asian Games gold, and one World Championship gold in her impressive career.
