Hyderabad: Medchal Urban scored a five-wicket win against Ranga Reddy in the Central Zone league of the Telangana Cricket Association–Telangana Gold Cup limited-overs cricket tournament here on Monday.
Batting first, Ranga Reddy made 179 for five in 20 overs with Gopi Varma (95, 9×4, 6×6) being the top-scorer.
In reply, Medchal chased down the target in the 19th over thanks to ‘player of the match’ V Kalyan (75, 6×4, 5×6) and S Praneeth Reddy (70, 6×4, 6×6).
