It was writer BVS Ravi who revealed this exciting detail at the pre-release event of Kannappa, sending fans into a frenzy. Wondering who he was talking about? It’s none other than our pan-India icon, Prabhas, who is all set to walk into the story when it matters the most.
Prabhas, known for his commanding screen presence, is likely to make a strong impact with his role in Kannappa. His entry is said to be grand, intense, and filled with emotion. While the team has not shared full details about his character, sources say that his appearance as Rudra is a divine avatar, which fits perfectly into the film’s storyline.
Directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh, Kannappa stars Vishnu Manchu in the lead and is based on the true story of Tinnadu alias Kannappa, a devotee of Lord Shiva. The film has a strong spiritual backdrop and is said to be filled with action, devotion, and drama.
