Kapu meeting in New Delhi: MoS Pankaj Chaudhary unveils ‘Samakhya–2026’ poster

Hyderabad: Union Minister of State for Finance Pankaj Chaudhary unveiled the ‘Samakhya–2026’ programme poster at a programme in New Delhi on Thursday.
He participated in a high-level meeting of representatives and leaders of the Kapu community held at the India International Centre (IIC).
The objective of the meeting was to strengthen community unity, promote economic and industrial development, create self-employment opportunities for the youth and enhance social empowerment.
Representatives from four states, Members of Parliament from different political parties, senior political leaders and prominent representatives of the Kapu community participated in the meeting.
Union Minister Pankaj Chaudhary said that the youth should not limit themselves to seeking jobs but should strive to reach a position where they can create employment opportunities for others.
BRS MP Vaddiraju Ravichandra said bringing Kapu community members from across the country onto a common platform was a positive development.
He stressed the need for greater political and economic representation for the Kapu community. Access to investments and banking support would play an important role in helping young people become successful entrepreneurs, he stated.
State Government Advisor V Hanumantha Rao, BJP MP K Laxman and others also spoke on the occasion.
